PPOA is very stable to water, air and acids. It forms stable salts with alkalis.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:

PPOA may be an intermediate for dyestuffs for cotton polyester blends. Metallic salts used as light and

heat stabilizers; for anti-fouling agents in paints. A catalyst for urea formaldehyde resins.
